Cultural incentive mechanisms
Your company's sponsorship can be made through non-incentivized or incentivized means, using the following cultural incentive mechanisms — all with a 100% tax deduction on the invested amount:
Lei Federal de Incentivo à Cultura — Lei Rouanet
Investimento via IR devido (até 4%) de Pessoa Jurídica tributada pelo Lucro Real.
Programa Estadual de Ação Cultural — ProAC
Limite de 3% do montante mensal do ICMS devido pela Pessoa Jurídica.
Programa Municipal de Apoio a Projetos Culturais — Pro-Mac
Limite de 20% do montante mensal do ISS e/ou IPTU devido pela Pessoa Jurídica.
